Why does a company that handles people's money not have a phone number so 2 adults can resolve an issue within minutes rather than jump through all these hoops? I received an email saying that funds were released and available and I could request a check in the mail or put it on the card linked to the account. So they tell me they have my money ready for me,a rather substantial amount, yet fight me tooth and nail rather than just give it to me?!?!
