It's my first time using Paypal, so I might just be stupid. I was told that I would be receiving payment when the item I sold on eBay was delivered. It was delivered, but the money is still pending. What, if anything, can I do about this?

Buyer has to confirm he has received the goods.

Otherwise, certain time period has to pass for the funds to be available to you.
