Confirming order status - technical difficulties

Hi I have a payment on hold and I'm trying to get the order confirmed as completed. It's a virtual product so I've no shipping info to submit. When I put in the date the service was completed and hit submit, it comes up 'we're experiencing technical difficulties'. Has anyone experienced this?

I've also have had the same issue when trying to confirm an order status.  I also have had this issue when trying to update tracking information.  Has anyone else had this issue as well?

I am also experiencing this issue. Has anyone found a solution? I've tried using different browsers, clearing my history, still nothing.
