Confirming my card

Where do i get my 4 digit code when i confirm my card because i did it and it has been 3 weeks and i have nothing do i have to go to the bank to get a statement?

If you are confirming a bank account or debit card then it would show on your bank statement.

If you are confirming a credit card then it would show on your card statement.
