Confirming debit card

hi. i have code in my bank statement to confirm my debit card but iam unable to find wallet option in the web page as informed by customer care representative. plz guide me. iam struck up with this issue since couple of days.

Look at the blue band top of this page and 5th icon is WALLET, click on it and sign in.
