In an attempt to make a payment on October 16, I got the message that I should follow some steps to confirm my card, (so I could get off a limit), and that a 4-digit code would be sent to me between 2-3 working days. I followed those steps. It's about 7 working days now and I am yet to have the code to confirm my card. What do I do?
