I received money in CAD, I'd like to withdraw it to my bank account. Both card and account were added weeks ago to my paypal account. It says withdrawal is limited to 100CAD/month if I do not verify my credit card. I tried, but system says I can't verify my card, go ask the bank. My bank account cannot be verified, because there's not even an option for that. So it will take 1,5 years to get my 1800 dollars or is there any solution??
