I have just added a new bank account linked with Paypal. I am awaiting for confirmation of this and checking my bank details but only did it yesterday. Does this take 2-3 working days for it to appear on your bank statement? Also does this mean my Paypal account is effectively "on hold" and not accepting payments? I had a transfer of funds earlier today but they are not showing as yet.
