Confirmation code is not sent to my Sparkasse bank account!

I have waited for more than 5 days, then ask for confirmation code again and waited a week. It is not sent to my bank account.

In general, if you cannot complete the verification process, I would recommend contacting our Customer Service directly. If you want to contact our Customer Service, you can click ‘Help & Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page to see which options are available. You can also contact us on Facebook (www.facebook.com/PayPal) or on Twitter (@AskPayPal).
