Confirm received order so seller can get paid

my mom recently sent me money and I need to know how she goes to hit the confirm order received when she gets on line

You need to click “add tracking” and select order processed from the order status menu first. Then the option for her to confirm order will be available on the transaction on her end. Next time be sure to indicate “Sending to a friend” under the amount field when sending money to avoid the add tracking/confirming order step.
