Hi! I have a little problem. I bought something and paid via PayPal "Products and services", but the seller has the money retained in 21 days. He doesn't want to send the product I bought from him since he didn't receive the money in his PayPal. There's a "Confirm receipt" button which makes him receive the money instantly, or at least very fast. But I'm scared I'll lose the guarantee for "product not received" or something. A little help? Will I be able to dispute the order if I'll confirm it before I actually receive it?
