I need help, every time I want to confirm my order status, instead of showing the usual option of choosing virtual goods etc., PayPal keeps redirecting me to a blank page. I have 3 transactions on hold and it's been a week without any resolution and it's really hard to reach PayPal customer service.
✓ I've tried 2 android phones, IE browser, Firefox, Opera, and Chrome. nothing works. all shows blank white page.
✓My account is verified, it's an old account and I've done a lot of transactions without any problems. and the amount already surpass USD 1000 so supposedly there's nothing wrong with my account?
