Confirm account

I recently got a new card and on my account it says one card with the name of the bank next to it.

another with visa debit next to it which is 100% my new card, however it says that is not confirmed, when i spoke over the phone i was told it will be confirmed soon, i am able to use my paypal again right now so im not sure why the visa says not confirmed.

with the bank account, that needs to be confirmed too but i am not sure if that is my old card as the numbers are the same as my new card, my new card is a replacement for the old one, so im not sure what to do, should i remove that card and hope it doesnt affect my purchases?

I apologize for the confusion. Here is a step by step guide on how to confirm your new card from our Help Center. Once you confirm your card, you may delete the old one.
