My new PayPal account can't link with my credit card. It says it's linked with other account or I use another method yet I had deleted that PayPal account. I need to link with my new PayPal account. Kindly help me

did you remove the card from your old account before you closed it?

if not then you would have to contact customer services to see if they can remove it for you so you can add it to your new account.
