I sent my mom money for "friends and family" and it won't allow her to collect it. It won't let her issue me a refund either because she needs an invoice number and she doesn't have one. When I go to the details to report a problem it asks if I've been in contact with the seller but she doesn't have a business account she has a personal account and I didn't send it as buying services. How can I fix it so she gets the money?
