Code confirming credit card

I'm Continually requested to enter a code to confirm my card.

I do not get statements as I do all my banking on line.

There is no code on my card account  on line statement.

so, what must i do?

I called Pay-pal ,went through the whole check up and was supposed to be directed to an agent.

I was cut off.Now what?

Check the recent activity page of your card account for the 4-digit PayPal code. You should see a charge by PayPal with the code in the transaction description.

however, my on line bank statement doesn't show a code.

i do not receive printed statements
