I recently closed a business account which had a balance. It wouldn't let me close the account until a bank was linked to it, once I linked a bank account it let me close the account. I assumed that once i closed the account the balance would be transferred to my bank, but that hasn't been the case. As of right now customer support hasn't been the most useful, hence why i am here. If anyone could help that'd be great.
