Client Not releasing My Money After Getting The Job Done

My Client Make His Work Done now he is not releasing the payment i.e, it is on hold. There is no solution offer by Paypal for seller He placed a order of $150 for Telegram Marketing now i already mentioned that i will try to add maximum users from usa i did it but some are from different countries they can be negotiable. But he is nit still releasing my money. I spend $130 TO GET THAT JOB DONE. WHAT I DO AS A SELLER

If its marked as completed in your Paypal account the buyer has paid. The fact its pending on your account is between you and Paypal.
Funds for new sellers are held for 21 days but released more quickly if they provide a tracking number (delivery + 1 day).
