As stated above, all day today I am getting this error when trying to go to the wallet via the link or the button to Add Card or Bank from the summary page. Any ideas? Have tried in Incognito browser session as well to remove cache issues.

I've also had this issue for the past two days. I can't view my wallet at all because of this. I've heard deleting your cookies or using a different browser may fix this, but it hasn't worked for me personally. Maybe give it a shot anyway.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
