Claiming a transaction that was made on my Shopify website before my Paypal account was connected.

Hello, 

I have an issue. The first customer on my webshop paid through Paypall express. After the payment Shopify notified me to setup a Paypall account. So I did. But now I can't seem to find the payment. How do the transaction in my new Paypall business account.

Did you register for a PayPal account under the same email address you set up your Shopify account with? If not, add and confirm that email address to claim the payment.

I used my general e-mail adress that is used for my webshop too. And now both are connected. Yet I don't know how I can get that payment. My acount says 0 euro.

  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
