The last few times I've logged into Paypal there is a big blue box that says I have $33.68 waiting for me, claim it. When I click on it, it goes to a form requesting bank and social security information. I have no idea where this money came from, or if it's even really there. Also, the past few days, with this big blue box at the top of the summary page, I don't see my PP balance. Where did it go?
Based on what you've said, it sounds like you may be being affected by our recent policy change regarding holding a PayPal balance. We now require verification to hold a balance on your account. I apologize for any inconvenience, but I hope this information helps!
