Hi new paypal user here, i was transferring my Paypal balance to my bank account and i see that the status is completed. However i dont see it reflected in my bank statement. Compared to my other transactions, this one specifically said that "you were charged $950 and you paid $20 fee". $970 was the balance that i was transferring to my bank acct. What does charge mean? Thank you in advance.
Thank you for your post! What were the steps that you took to transfer the balance to your bank account? The messaging you've quoted makes it sound like this was a payment rather than a withdrawal.
