Charged Twice

Hi, I sent my girlfriend 456.71 CAD on Feb 25, and the money was transferred successfully. The next day, for some reason I was charged again for 458.05 CAD, this charge doesn’t show up in the recent activity on Paypal and she only received the first payment. Why was this money taken and how can I get it back?
