Change Withdraw Currency - Not Possible?

Hi,

I have just had a Live Chat and have been told unless I can provide evidence of an American Business Account PayPal will not change the currency I withdraw in so obviously get hit by huge fees if my Clients pay in USD when I am currently withdrawing in GBP.

Is this correct?

Thank you,

Silver.

You can accept whatever currency you want to but if you want to withdraw that currency it will be converted to sterling with currency conversion fees.

Better if you just asked your buyers to pay in sterling.

So are you saying that Paypal won't pay out in a different currency for me?

Don't hugely want to stick my Clients with PayPals ridiculous conversion rate if I cant help it.
