Cash out from ysense to paypal

Hi to everyone,

I am always getting an issue every time, i tried to cash out my rewards from ysense to paypal.

How can i fix this issue?

"An error occurred You must have a valid PayPal account to redeem a PayPal card. Please check your email, first and last name."

both paypal and ysense profile name are the same as well as my email's name.

Hope someone can help me fix this issue.
