Who can help me to remove my card details from paypal i can what has been forgotten..i cant even remember that account,it was really long time a go,and now i oepened new account and cannot add my card detais coz all details been left in old account.
You would need to contact customer services to help you regain access to the old account to remove any cards and close it.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
