Card verifying money not returned

I verified my new bank card to transactions or anywhere. it's about 3 euro since It got errored and I had to re verify. 

I've checked previous threads but nothing seems to "solve" it.Paypal like a month and a few days ago, But the money still haven't returned to my bank, Or paypal. And it isn't in

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help  (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
