Card rejected

My card was rejected because I put the error code five times when trying to verify my account with my card , and a fee of $1.95 in three times has been deducted and has not been refunded yet

Then you would need to ask customer services to add it for you.

But as you didn't manage to imput the 4 digit code correctly x5 times they may ask you to upload a copy of your card statement to prove ownership instead.

 

Any un-used amounts / codes normally time out 30 days post payment....BUT can be a lot longer depending on country.
