Card problems!!

Good day!

I have a foreign currency visa card that expires 11/20

but when I want to pay he refuses my card,so far everything has been fine..

I don't know what this is about,I have money on the card,I beg you for help..

I get this notification

Your payment didn't go through. Please select a different payment option and try again.

I tried to choose an option Add a credit or debit card but neither will it???
