Card not connect

When i try to add card error says " this card already active on another account" like that. But i connect to my friends account but i delete it 2 days ago. What i do now.

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
