Hello I have a problem. Recently I tried to buy something on a website and then it has two options of payment. It's either to pay using paypal or to pay using only my credit card. I chose to pay only using my credit card, and after entering all the details and pressed the buy button it says that my card is declined now the problem here is that eventhough it says card is declined, my card was charged $4 or 200php in total. why is that so? I didn't even get my item or get redirected to another page that says my transaction was successful. how can I solve this?
