I added a new card to my paypal account just recently and when the card was added my account was charged $3.00. I went to my paypal wallet to confirm the card, but there was no link, yet the charge was still on my account. I have tried searching for the link on multiple devices, and have looked through the forum in search of an answer to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that the link to add the confirmation code is not showing in your PayPal account. Please contact customer service for assistance in confirming your card. Once the card is confirmed successfully, the charge will be credited back to your card.
To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.
