Card declined

An unauthorized transaction has been reported on my account by mistake on the wrong case, and therefore everytime i tried to make payments it was declined so i need to link my Card again because i tried to remove it and link it again thinking that would solve the issue.. but everytime i try, it says card declined, URGENT HELP !!!!! URGENT HELP PLEASE !!! in these types of cases your phone lines SHOULD NOT be closed !!!
