Card declined

Hello.

So I keep getting this message when I am trying to link my card with my PayPal account. I type all the information correctly but its always the same any help? 

Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions.

Sorry to know that you are unable to link your card to PayPal. Since you are receiving this error "Your card was declined by the issuing bank", you would want to contact your card issuer. 

Your card issuer can check why it could be getting declined. Remember that there should be sufficient balance ($2.00 USD or more) in the card at the time of linking. Some virtual cards may not work well with PayPal.
