Hey there, So I wanted to confirm my mastercard, first I clicked on send the code but didn't receive anything.. I only received a message from my bank telling me that PayPal took 1.95 usd from my credit, then I clicked again on resend the code thinking that i won't be charged again with the 1.95 usd fee, one hour later I received the two codes and confirm my card, my question is if the refund will be applied on the two fees or just one??
