Card Question - "These can’t be used for transfers"

I use Prolific which sends the money I've made to Paypal. Then for well over a year I've been able to transfer the money to my Chime card. But this last week when I try to send the money to my card but it says "These can’t be used for transfers."
Paypal told me to contact Chime and when I did they said that nothing has changed on their end and that it has to be Paypal. But before contacting Paypal again I thought I would try my luck here.
Any help would be appreciated being this is the only card I use.
