Hi! It's been more than 9 months waiting for the code, my bank say I cant assist with the code. The code on the statement doesn't work in with you. qustion is how do i get my 4-digit code to confirm my debit card? i tried so much..but i can't find it !! they say u will get it in your card statments but how do i get into my card statments ?! Can you please cancel verification card so that I can get my refund. Regards KP Musie

Am not using FNB. Am with Nedbank. I want my refund cant wait for more than 9 months, its unacceptable very poor service.
