How to fix this. I just did an automatic withdrawal on 1st october now i wanna withdraw again but its not letting me. Contacted the bank and they said eveerything is okay with the card and my account. Been trying to get to contact paypal but no help in that direction. Any advice on what is happening or how can i fix it? I got deadlines bills i have to pay. And im supposed to pay all those fee's to paypal for the fast transaction service they have.
