Cant withdraw money to my bank account

Hello I have been trying all day to withdraw money from paypal to my card and this keeps poping up: Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later. Customer service didnt respon, i checked with my bank and my card is ok, plus its not first time im doing it so idk where is the problem??!! I need money fast!

I just got a reply: We are currently experiencing a technical issue with regards to withdrawal to cards. Our technical department are working at resolving this as a matter of priority, I have forwarded your account details to them. Theyre working on it😊
