Cant withdraw money to my MasterCard

I got some paypal balance right now,and when i try to withdraw it , it forces me to put my U.S. bank account. Im not from the U.S. im from Serbia. Is there any way to transfer that money on my MasterCard or are they stuck there forever?

Serbia accounts can only withdraw locally to card. Try a Visa card.
