Cant withdraw money to bank or credit card

So i've been having this problem for a while now, I have a locked account with money in it. I got an email saying i could withdraw it to my bank but when i click 'accept the money' it just gives an error: 'We couldn't confirm it was you'. I really need this money and i also can't seem to link another bank account.

I am also unable to call us paypal because i currently live in europe. How can i fix this and get my money back?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties when trying to access your funds on your PayPal account. 

 

It sounds like our internal security system may be preventing you from accessing your funds. I would advise you to try reaching out to our customer service team directly and we can assist you further. This can be done by clicking the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the 'Call Us' option. If no number shows on the next page, please click the 'Call as a guest' option to be provided with the best number to call us on.
