Cant trasnfer money from paypal to bank

Hey so when i try to transfer money from paypal to my bank account it says error please try again later but this error wont go away

Same except I can not transfer money from my bank account to my paypal account...UGH! I've been trying since friday hoping it was some glitch and maybe on monday would be fixed...Nope
