My PayPal recieved money and i went to transfer it to my debit card. Usually it immediately does so, but today it gave me a message saying " right now we are unable to transfer the money to your bank". However i haven't recieved any messages stating i need to do something on my end to fix this issue..it's simply just a problem. Please help as that money was my families groceries for the Month. Thanks.
