Hello,
I created a paypal account yesterday.i verified it by mail, but didnt verified by mobile.i can if its needed,if its not only for 2fa.
2 team friends sent me some money. 120euros.i have them in my paypal balance and the transaction is completed.
When im trying to send that money to a friend, with selected option friends i get this error:
Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
What do i have to do? Does paypal has problem right now?
