I'm trying to remove my bank card but it keeps giving me a error saying payment method cant be removed due to pending transactions, i don't think i have any ?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.

Thanks for the reply, I have set all billing addresses in pre approved payments to inactive, is this correct ? I also spoke to a agent and they reckon there’s still money being processed somewhere even though I can’t see it on my end
