Hi all,
I just got a loan from my friend of 30$, it says the money is hold and i cannot recieve it. I provided the information paypal asked for yet i still cannot recieve the money. How do i get the money now?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
