I used to have an old acc where I had my bank and credit card for over a year. But now I made a new paypal account and after removing all of my info to add it to the new one I get glitched saying "instrument marked as bad" or "credit is linked to another account" while its not and my bank is just fine so I dont know what to do. I cant find anyone in the calling center and Im stressed
