Cant add money anymore.

I can't print out barcodes to pay at the store anymore and can't get the app cause its not compatible with my phone anymore. So is there any solutions besides buying greendot cards and adding them to the account? Also is the pay at the store down or permanently gone, I tried looking it up online to find any information but can't find anything pertaining to the issue. Also I'm in the US, if it doesn't show it. Thanks.

Get this card: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/cash-card

Since PayPal has this card, I suspect, they made other methods obsolete. You can add cash with this card at retail stores.
