I opened my first bank account yesterday, and made my first paypal account. Something went wrong during the signup proccess, and my inpatience led me to trying to make a new account, without having activated the first one yet(at the time I didnt know you had to activate your account by email), which led to me entering my credit card information twice. Now when I go to add my card to my account, it says that card is linked already to a different account, but I only have one paypal account. My details couldnt have been stolen, i literally just got this account. Any help please?
