Oh no! That can definitely be frustrating. It's possible that the issuer of the card is no longer supported within our system, meaning the card cannot be used with us any longer. The message you mentioned would be the error message you receive if this is the case. Regrettably, there's no way to add these cards to a PayPal account for use. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
